Grief
Holding space for loss
Grief touches us all—and it can show up in many forms. Whether you're mourning the death of a loved one, navigating a breakup, facing a major life transition, or sitting with a quiet ache, grief deserves care and compassion.
When grieving, you might experience:
Numbness or emotional overwhelm
Difficulty concentrating or functioning day-to-day
Physical symptoms like tension, fatigue, or pain
Anger about what happened, or fear about how the future will change
How grief therapy can help:
A safe space to make sense of your emotions
Learn how to navigate intense emotions with compassion and patience
Discover meaning and co-create a narrative that is honest and helpful
My Approach: Mindfulness-Based & Somatic Therapy
Through somatic experiencing and mindfulness-based therapy, we gently explore how grief lives in your body, and support your nervous system in finding steadiness and integration. Sessions are paced with care—there’s no pressure to "fix" or "move on."
Whether you're newly grieving or carrying an older loss, you're welcome here.
