I utilize multiple therapeutic methods and modalities, depending on your unique needs, including “talk therapy” such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gottman Couples Therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and somatic therapy.

I provide in-person therapy services in Seattle plus telehealth therapy in Seattle and throughout Washington state.

Individual Therapy Services

Individual therapy provides space to identify and resolve mental, emotional, and relational issues, including:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Grief

  • Post-traumatic stress disorders and Trauma Recovery

  • Chronic stress (as well as chronic pain and chronic illness)

  • Marital, relationship, or family distress

  • Postpartum rage, depression, and anxiety

  • Struggling with big life transitions (such as starting school, graduating, job loss, new parenthood, marriage, divorce)

  • Loneliness

  • Substance misuse

  • Body image and/or self-esteem issues

Gottman Couples Therapy Services

Couples therapy allows space for couples to explore their strengths, challenges, triggers, and their narratives both as a couple and as individuals.

Common issues addressed in couples therapy are:

  • Communication issues

  • Issues with intimacy or sex

  • Setting healthy boundaries

  • Maintaining both independence and closeness

  • Resolving ongoing conflict

Group therapy is a space where individuals with common interests and challenges can come together in a small, supportive group. Group therapy can be incredibly healing for issues including but not limited to:

  • Anxiety disorders and OCD

  • Grief and loss

  • Postpartum and early motherhood
