In addition to Gottman Method, I use Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) to map your relationship cycle and help break the patterns that are often invisible but harmful to both partners.
Couples counseling is for any couple, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, or relationship style. LGBTQ+ and non-monogamous couples should feel welcome, supported, and included in all couples therapy rooms.
Please note, couples counseling is not suitable for relationships involving abuse or active addiction. If you are struggling with domestic violence or substance abuse, please seek individual counseling.
