Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a therapy session cost?

50-minute sessions are $160 for individuals and $200 for couples.

I do hold sliding scale spots for those who need them; feel free to ask me if you feel this applies to you.

What are your hours?

I see clients on Wednesdays 12 pm - 6 pm, Thursdays 10 am - 6 pm, and Fridays 10 am - 6 pm.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit, debit, and HSA/FSA cards.

Do you take insurance?

At this time I do not take insurance. However, I have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. Use this tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services.

What can you help me with?

I diagnose and treat anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, postpartum mood disorders, grief, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, substance misuse disorders, and other mental health issues. I provide couples counseling for couples who are struggling to connect, and families that are experiencing dysfunction.

How long will I be in therapy?

This is completely up to you— most clients start with weekly sessions, and as they make progress they move to biweekly or monthly sessions. Some clients like to schedule weekly for a set period of time (usually 3-6 months) to focus on solving specific problems. Others prefer to be in therapy on and off throughout their lives. My job is to give my clients the tools they need to thrive without me, while offering a nurturing space where they are welcome at any time.

Who can use telehealth therapy services?

Anyone located in Washington state.

Do you offer in-person therapy?

Yes— I am in office on Wednesdays. My office is located at 1817 Queen Anne N, Suite 314 in Seattle.
