Frequently Asked Questions

I do offer sliding-scale spots for those who need them. Please ask about availability.
What are your hours?
I see clients Wednesday through Friday 9 am - 5 pm.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit, debit, and HSA/FSA cards.

At this time I do not take insurance. However, I do help my clients check their out-of-network benefits, submit their claims, and navigate reimbursement if they so choose.
What can you help me with?
I can diagnose and treat anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, postpartum mood disorders, and other mental health issues. I can provide couples counseling for couples who are struggling to connect. And, I can provide an ongoing, safe space for you to explore your inner world and make real changes in your life.
How long will I be in therapy?
This is completely up to you— most clients start with weekly sessions, and as they make progress they move to biweekly or monthly sessions. Some clients like to schedule weekly for a set period of time (usually 3-6 months) to focus on solving specific problems. Others like to be in therapy on and off throughout their lives. My job is to give my clients the tools they need to thrive without me, while offering a nurturing space where they are welcome at any time.

Anyone located in Washington state.
Do you offer in-person therapy?
Yes— I am in office on Wednesdays. My office is located at 1817 Queen Anne N in Seattle.
